📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the Design System by developing, documenting, and maintaining reusable components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products.

• Produce adoption-ready artifacts such as high- and low-fidelity component mockups, interaction specs, and usage documentation for seamless implementation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, UI Developers, and Content Strategists to seamlessly integrate the design system into workflows.

• Establish governance by defining processes for component requests, updates, and contributions to uphold system integrity.

• Advocate for accessibility by incorporating WCAG and inclusive design principles into all components, conducting audits, and testing for compliance.

• Drive education and adoption through leading workshops, demos, and training sessions to enhance design system maturity.

• Measure and iterate by defining KPIs for adoption and effectiveness, utilizing analytics and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Influence product strategy as a subject matter expert for design system best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in UX, Design, or UI Development.

• Expertise in Figma for component libraries and prototypes at an advanced level.

• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale using atomic design principles.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, and Miro.

• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and UI principles.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design-to-development handoff.

• Experience with usability testing and analytics tools like UserTesting.com, HotJar, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.

• Ability to create UX artifacts like journey maps, sitemaps, and personas.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a strong problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset.
