• Directly engage with clients to understand their needs and transform them into requirements and designs, collaborating with a diverse team of product managers and engineers.
• Establish a robust UX and Visuals vision for the Northbeam platform, advocating for top-notch design and recognizing its influence on development.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate the functionality of the Northbeam product.
• Take charge of the visual direction for our product, encompassing aesthetics, animations, icons, typography, and data visualization strategies.
• Craft and manage our design style guide and system to ensure consistency and efficiency for our engineering team.
• Continuously deliver and improve products that empower Northbeam’s clients to excel in their roles, focusing on engaging and actionable data visualizations.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to align the product with our brand and contribute to the overall brand direction.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product design.
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field with a track record of giving and receiving design feedback.
• A professional portfolio showcasing strategic, conceptual, and visually striking solutions for complex, data-intensive interfaces.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong visionary skills to lead from concept to execution and create user-friendly experiences.
• Extensive UX background in a B2B setting with enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to deliver UX and UI prototypes for validation and implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.
• Skillful at simplifying complex concepts, data models, and workflows into user-friendly designs and presentations.
• Track record of delivering UX prototypes iteratively based on feedback and driving seamless implementation.
• Experience in designing enterprise-grade products while balancing business objectives and customer requirements.
