• Take the lead in developing the UX/UI strategy and ensuring consistency across various projects.
• Produce top-notch designs that are in line with product objectives and user requirements.
• Engage in close collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to transform needs into user-centric interfaces.
• Implement design components using Storybook and related tools, or provide support in their implementation.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and boost design efficiency.
• Uphold design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Guarantee usability, accessibility, and scalability throughout all interfaces.
• Contribute to enhancing processes and tools within the design team continuously.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience working with Figma.
• Showcase at least 2 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with an AI Mindset is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is a must for this role, as interaction with US clients is required for delivering optimal solutions and expanding opportunities.
