• Contribute to problem-solving and design processes to enhance user experiences and create engaging digital lessons.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for student-facing digital activities, collaborating closely with product, content, and interactive developer teams.
• Work with user researchers to conduct research, gather insights, and design prototypes for user testing with teachers and students.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in all aspects of design work.
• Present designs for feedback and review to design leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and collaborate with interaction developers for design implementation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end product design or similar role, with a BA degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of how qualitative research and data influence product and design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills, typography knowledge, and expertise in interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Notion, and prototyping tools for interactive design concepts.
• Experience in designing responsive desktop and mobile interfaces.
