• Work collaboratively with diverse teams such as product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements, project goals, visuals, and overall user experience.
• Take charge of the entire design process, starting from concept creation and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences, incorporating insights into design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design materials to effectively communicate user needs and steer design solutions.
• Establish and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistent, scalable, and high-quality design across various products and platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and UX/UI best practices, advocating for their implementation in design processes.
• Enhance Keeper's design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual coherence across all web properties.
• Create responsive layouts that offer an optimal user experience on web, desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in UX/UI design roles, with a portfolio demonstrating a solid grounding in user-centered design principles and methods.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and presenting.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the skill to effectively articulate and advocate for design choices.
• Thorough grasp of responsive design principles and experience in designing for various devices and platforms (web, desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Problem-solving aptitude, adaptability, and the ability to overcome challenges and grasp intricate solutions.
• Passion for crafting elegant and impactful user experiences, with a sharp eye for detail and precision.
