• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and uphold the highest standards for user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• 6–9 years of experience in core UI/UX design within digital product design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma (essential) and familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Sound knowledge of user research, usability testing, and the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end principles.
