• Engage in user research activities to comprehend the requirements and behaviors of users engaging with data-driven applications.
• Gather and interpret requirements from customers and stakeholders, transforming them into actionable design tasks.
• Develop user flows, craft journey maps, create personas, and articulate requirements and user stories to guide the design process.
• Design user-friendly and effective interfaces, starting from wireframes and progressing to detailed prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Assist in constructing and advancing the company's design system for consistent product appearance.
• Employ design tools, particularly Figma, for prototyping, refining designs, and obtaining feedback from internal and external stakeholders, as well as tools like Mixpanel.
• Engage in or lead usability testing to validate design solutions and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to refine requirements and implement user-centered design solutions.
• Work closely with front-end developers, offering precise design specifications, assets, and guidance for accurate user experience implementation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the design system, ensuring consistency throughout the product.
• Possess a degree or relevant experience in UX design, or equivalent UX-related qualifications.
• Showcase a portfolio illustrating a user-centered design process and outcomes.
• Demonstrate experience as a UX Designer, preferably focusing on complex applications, data visualization, dashboards, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with modern UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Practical experience in prototyping, iterating, and validating designs.
• Demonstrated experience with various UX research methods such as usability testing, persona development, and user journey mapping.
