• Serve as the customer advocate by engaging with customers to understand their needs and represent them in product development discussions. Lead customer research and UX testing initiatives when necessary.
• Utilize your UX expertise to design innovative products, whether enhancing existing features or creating new ones. Lead brainstorming sessions, develop wireframes, explore workflows, build prototypes, and design mockups.
• Collaborate across departments to co-lead the Product Pod, our most impactful team. Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products.
• Take charge of the design backlog and roadmap, addressing UX debt and upcoming challenges. Guide decision-making processes and develop plans for design systems and navigation enhancements.
• Join a close-knit, dynamic startup team and contribute to our unique culture.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a UX designer in an agile product development environment, involved in end-to-end development of customer-facing features.
• Diverse UX skillset, capable of engaging in various stages of the design lifecycle, from research and idea validation to concept development, design, and testing.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and creative solutions.
• Possess ownership mentality and growth mindset, able to identify new opportunities and make informed decisions on resource allocation.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools like Figma, Linear, Github, and Storybook.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage AI technology to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Experience working on AI features or a deep understanding of AI-powered products.
