Senior UI Designer

📋 Description

• - Take the lead in developing and enhancing high-quality user interface designs for Sangoma's range of products and web applications.

• - Transform wireframes, user flows, and prototypes into flawless, production-ready designs.

• - Manage and advance Sangoma's design system to ensure consistent use of components, color schemes, typography, and layout across all digital platforms.

• - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to facilitate smooth design handover and accurate implementation.

• - Participate in user testing sessions by creating interactive prototypes and integrating feedback into design refinements.

• - Work alongside marketing and brand teams to harmonize product visuals with Sangoma's global brand identity.

• - Promote design excellence and uphold accessibility standards within the teams.

• - Provide guidance to junior designers and contribute to enhancing design processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Minimum of 5 years experience in UI or Product Design, with a preference for SaaS, telecommunications, or B2B software backgrounds.

• - Impressive portfolio demonstrating sleek, contemporary interface design for web and mobile applications.

• - Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar design tools.

• - Sound knowledge of responsive design, component-based systems, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.

• - Experience collaborating in Agile or cross-functional product teams.

• - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• - Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
