• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, with a focus on user experience research and iterative design.
• Experience in designing enterprise applications with user-centered outcomes and conversion optimization in mind.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Ability to establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design rationale effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual who can handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
