• Conducting and synthesizing user research to create personas, journeys, and actionable insights.
• Designing IA, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Implementing the design system, providing developer-ready specs, and suggesting component enhancements.
• Planning and executing usability tests, making iterative improvements based on evidence, and tracking design decisions.
• Collaborating with Product Managers and engineers on project scope, handoffs, edge cases, and QA processes, participating in agile ceremonies.
• Documenting and presenting work, ensuring clear traceability from user needs to implementation.
• Supporting the Lead UX Designer on the project and engaging with the UX design community to share knowledge and contribute to best practices.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in web design with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and image editing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple features concurrently, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality and creative work.
• Self-motivated, energetic personality with a proactive, can-do attitude that enhances team dynamics.
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and experience in gathering user insights through quantitative and qualitative methods.
