📋 Description

• Utilize participatory design activities to gain insights into the vision, business model, and assumptions

• Conduct user research to comprehend user needs, mental models, and working environments

• Develop annotated prototypes or wireframes for user interface designs

• Lead and engage in company-wide discussions related to ongoing user experience projects

• Facilitate effective documentation and communication of design concepts

• Bachelor's Degree in Design with extensive experience for positions outside the USA

• Bachelor's Degree in Design with a minimum of 6 years of experience for roles within the USA

• Demonstrated proficiency in Agile/Lean UX methodologies

• Proficient in industry-standard design and wireframing tools (Adobe CC, OmniGraffle, Sketch)

• Ability to employ generative techniques such as sketching and brainstorming

• Capable of articulating UX and design principles to team members across different functions
