•Work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and assess user requirements.
•Develop UX artifacts such as user journey maps, personas, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
•Utilize Figma and its suite of products (Figma, FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Make) to design and prototype user interfaces.
•Incorporate AI tools into design processes to streamline iteration and speed up prototyping.
•Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and incorporate feedback for improvements.
•Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms, including our AEM-powered portal.
•Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions for web, mobile, and internal tools.
•Adhere to W3C web accessibility standards and offer suggestions for enhancing preexisting apps and designs.
•Present design iterations to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback.
•Proficiency in Figma, including AI-enhanced features like Figma Make.
•Ability to use AI for automating design tasks and speeding up iteration cycles.
•Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
•Knowledge of web experience KPIs and analytics.
•Experience in creating personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
•Familiarity with UserTesting.com and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
•Strong communication skills for collaborating across marketing, sales, product, and development teams.
•Experience in UX/UI design for fintech, banking, or insurance platforms preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
•Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design expertise.
•Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams.
