• Work closely with Product Managers to create UI designs that meet feature requirements, using an established design language as a foundation
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing the application and suggest solutions, particularly focusing on user experience
• Engage in the technical planning phase to ensure the accurate implementation of UI designs by the engineering team
• Participate in quality assurance procedures to guarantee that new features deliver an exceptional user experience
• Leadr is currently seeking a UI/UX designer to enhance the user experience within our primary SaaS application. Our platform assists business leaders in identifying trends across their organizations and empowering their managers to achieve greater success through structured meetings, strategic goals, and performance evaluations. In essence, we require assistance in transforming complex information into a more user-friendly and engaging format for busy professionals.
• 1-2 years of SaaS design experience using Figma
• Proficient in professional communication in both verbal and written English
• Familiarity with working with and expanding design libraries
• 3 years of SaaS design experience with Figma
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including enabling screen readers and addressing other vision impairment requirements
