Staff Product Designer, Core UI

📋 Description

• Contribute to shaping the future of the Lattice Platform, with a focus on Core UI elements such as navigation, homepages, and mobile app strategy

• Dive deep into systems to optimize for scalability and enhance user experiences

• Enhance the platform's foundation, promote cross-product consistency, and guide platform development

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to influence roadmaps and product strategies

• Act as a respected advocate for design excellence across various areas of the design team

• Lead the implementation of design changes across products, ensuring high-quality execution

• Provide mentorship and feedback to enhance team design quality

• Ensure design implementations are consistent and rigorous, offering guidance to engineers as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing complex, cross-product workflows

• Expertise in visual and interaction design, including typography, spacing, grids, and responsive layouts

• Proven track record of designing for responsive systems at scale

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers across multiple product areas

• Strong systems thinking and design system knowledge, with the ability to evolve and create new patterns

• Experience in shaping design direction at scale and driving adoption of changes across products or teams

• Commitment to high-quality execution and guidance for other designers and engineers

• Emphasis on fostering a feedback culture, mentoring team members, and sharing iterative design work

• (Bonus) Background in influencing platform-wide strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
