• Create and develop UX designs for clients of Auxo, catering to end-users.
• Analyze and devise solutions for products and services, enhancing models, concepts, and design elements like user flows, scenarios, personas, interactions, content, visuals, etc., in line with design objectives, principles, and standards.
• Engage in discussions with Auxo's clients, decipher ambiguous feedback, and bring clarity to senior business stakeholders.
• Lead UX endeavors in client projects, establish deliverables & timelines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively with stakeholders.
• Comprehend business goals in relation to user experience, articulating the reasoning clearly.
• Utilize repeatable tools, templates, process documentation, and communication plans for various programs and efforts (e.g., Figma, Canva, XD, etc.).
• Develop comprehensive workflows, encompassing user journeys, task analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and research methods for clients.
• Collaborate on user behavior research, translating findings into user stories, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Present design concepts to team leaders and clients.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in graphic/web design, UX, or related fields.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional UX design experience in software development, including flow mapping, wireframing, and user testing.
• Previous experience in the Insurance and/or Financial Services sector is advantageous.
• Display self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in various design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
