• Develop and implement research strategies to gain insights into market trends, customer needs, behaviors, and challenges
• Conduct both qualitative (interviews, usability tests, diary studies, focus groups) and quantitative (surveys, market analysis, competitive benchmarking) research
• Collaborate with product manager, UX designer, marketing team, and other stakeholders to define research objectives and priorities
• Analyze and summarize research findings to create actionable insights, personas, and recommendations
• Present research results to internal teams in a compelling and useful manner
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and new market opportunities
• Manage research databases and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
• Minimum of 1 year experience in user research, training, or certification
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Knowledge of geographic information systems and their application in business problem-solving
• Familiarity with productivity tools
• Willingness to occasionally travel to different offices, conferences, and client locations
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Team player with a history of meeting deadlines
• Bonus: Fluency in English and French
• Experience with Figma, Loom, Dovetail, or similar platforms is a plus
