Overview
As the Marketing Graphic Designer + Product Art/Image Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing creative assets across product imagery, marketing, and ad creative. This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in a variety of design tools to support high-quality content across multiple channels.

Skills :
Graphic Design: Strong foundational design skills, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
Image Retouching and Editing: Expertise in photo editing, including basic (removing small imperfections) and advanced techniques (such as color adjustments and mockups).
Branding and Visual Consistency: Ability to create visuals that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
Video Editing and Animation: Proficiency in video editing (using tools like Premiere Pro and CapCut), with a good eye for dynamic visuals and basic animation skills to create engaging content.
Packaging Design: Experience in designing packaging materials (inserts, mailers, etc.) that align with brand identity and enhance the customer experience.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut). Familiarity with automation tools or plugins in Photoshop for efficient asset management.
File Management and Optimization: Strong skills in organizing and formatting files for web and print, ensuring they meet technical specifications (resolution, file size, color profile) for different platforms.
Digital Asset Management: Ability to use cloud storage tools (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) and follow naming conventions for easy retrieval and team collaboration
Email Marketing Design: Familiarity with email marketing design and experience using Klaviyo (or a similar platform) to create and deploy email creatives effectively.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet production schedules.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on details, ensuring all assets are error-free, meet brand standards, and are properly formatted.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, understanding project briefs, and incorporating feedback effectively.
Project Tracking and Reporting: Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, or Trello to manage task progress, meet deadlines, and document design changes or updates.
Trend Awareness and Adaptability: Ability to stay updated on design, marketing, and social media trends, quickly adapting styles or approaches based on industry changes.
Creative Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for finding creative solutions when faced with design or production challenges.
Learning New Tools and Techniques: Willingness to learn new tools, design techniques, or methods to stay efficient and relevant in the role.
