• Engage in user research, design reviews, and feedback sessions to enhance solutions and improve the user experience.
• Manage the digital design library, Figma components, and shared brand assets.
• Assist in design documentation and foster seamless teamwork between marketing and product design teams.
• Develop visually appealing materials like social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentations, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign concepts, storyboards, and strategies that boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Update visual assets to maintain brand consistency and a user-friendly experience.
• Coordinate with marketing and development teams to launch landing pages, microsites, and campaign integrations.
• Implement UX best practices to enhance performance and accessibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of digital design experience across web, marketing, and/or product settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate user requirements into functional interfaces.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript for front-end design.
• Thorough understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, motion, and usability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Flexible and remote work environment
