• Create visual assets for various channels like digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, and website graphics. Also, work on print collateral such as in-store signage, menus, billboards, and event materials. Develop packaging concepts and branded merchandise, as well as presentation decks and internal communication materials.
• Utilize AI tools to improve creative development, streamline content production, and generate design concepts that align with marketing and branding goals.
• Prepare and provide production-ready files for print and digital vendors, while maintaining organized design systems and file libraries for brand assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and cannabis marketing compliance requirements to ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables in line with Terrabis’ brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing team members on brainstorming, planning, and executing creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and store-level design needs such as new store openings, local activations, and community events.
• Possess 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
• Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva, along with excellent skills in visual storytelling, layout, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, and maintain a strong sense of brand and aesthetic consistency.
• Familiarity with cannabis or other highly regulated industries is a plus but not required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
