📋 Description

• Play a key role in developing concepts and visuals for various campaigns, social media content, paid advertising, and CRM initiatives.

• Transform ideas into refined designs tailored to specific platforms that align with overarching campaign strategies.

• Create top-notch design assets across different channels including static images, simple animations, and quick edits, ensuring they are optimized for performance and clarity.

• Customize and adapt creative materials for different placements and formats while upholding consistency and quality.

• Produce innovative work that is fresh, purposeful, and in line with the brand's vision and campaign objectives.

• Collaborate closely with diverse teams to meet campaign requirements from initial brief to final execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, digital design, or social media design in fast-paced creative settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in visual design with a portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design, strategic campaign concepts, and engaging social media storytelling.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with Figma.

• Comfortable exploring AI image tools like Midjourney to enhance visual exploration.

• Thorough understanding of typography, composition, and best practices for social and paid advertising channels.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks, creating versions, and iterating as needed.

• Bonus points for experience in basic motion graphics and video editing for social media.
