• Create and deliver top-notch graphics, layouts, and digital assets that adhere to BIOptimizers’ brand identity and creative standards.
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Design team to implement brand campaigns, marketing materials, and content for various platforms.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and design elements across all channels and platforms.
• Organize and prepare production-ready files for both internal and external use, following brand guidelines meticulously.
• Assist senior designers in crafting creative concepts, visual mockups, and presentation materials.
• Handle multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and engage in reviews to enhance creative output and process efficiency continuously.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Have 1–3 years of professional design experience, ideally in a consumer wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and familiar with tools like Figma.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
