• Responsible for creating impactful creative assets that drive business outcomes, such as engagement, conversion, and brand awareness, while enhancing Instrumentl's visual brand identity across various marketing channels.
• Design a variety of marketing materials, including landing pages, ad campaigns, sales collateral, and event assets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to shape campaign strategies, work with external agencies, and develop brand moments that align with company objectives.
• Lead creative ideation and storytelling efforts to enhance brand perception and engagement.
• Transform marketing strategies and product launches into visually compelling creative concepts.
• Coordinate with freelancers and creative vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, creatively aligned work.
• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines and design systems for marketing purposes.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in brand and marketing design, with a preference for previous in-house design roles at B2B SaaS/tech companies and exposure to motion design or video work.
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in design, both conceptually and in execution, with proven business impact.
• Comfortable working across various creative formats, including web, digital ads, content marketing, and social media.
• Experienced in managing creative projects from start to finish and providing valuable feedback to external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to balance speed and quality in project execution.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working effectively across teams.
