• Veeva is in search of a versatile, driven Associate Creative Director to join our rapidly expanding Creative Services team.
• This role is for an individual contributor—an ideal fit for a seasoned creative professional who values teamwork, mentorship, and hands-on involvement.
• Working under the guidance of the creative leader, you will devise and implement creative strategies and designs for a diverse range of digital and printed marketing materials aimed at customers.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams (content creators, marketers, strategists, and developers) to produce top-notch, on-target digital and printed assets supporting a variety of leading SaaS products in the life sciences sector.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing design (both print and digital) within an in-house or agency setting.
• At least 2 years of in-house experience.
• 2+ years of remote work experience within a team spanning multiple international time zones.
• Over 2 years of experience leading creative teams, overseeing work, providing feedback, maintaining standards, fostering vision, and inspiring high-level creative output.
• Showcase a portfolio of real-world projects exhibiting exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a track record of design excellence across various brand marketing graphic applications—preferably within a complex B2B environment, especially for a brand with multiple distinct product lines and target audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.
• Outstanding skills in typography, layout, and image creation.
• Strong expertise in interactive/web design and a solid grasp of accessibility, usability, and UX best practices.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects punctually with minimal supervision.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, plan ahead, and excel even in ambiguous situations.
