• Responsible for brand and campaign design
• Create visually impactful digital ads, social graphics, and email layouts that align with ongoing campaigns, such as seasonal promotions and product launches
• Develop innovative concepts to advance Apollo’s visual direction while ensuring brand consistency
• Design packaging, manuals, in-store merchandising materials, and other print collateral
• Prepare final artwork for production, adhering to specifications, dielines, and print standards
• Design and optimize digital assets for the website, product pages, and landing pages
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to translate ideas into cohesive visuals
• Interpret briefs and contribute strategic design thinking to enhance engagement and conversion
• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools for digital/UX work is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to design across print and digital mediums, including packaging, physical collateral, and digital marketing assets
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working within established brand systems and ability to evolve them thoughtfully
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback
• Passion for innovative design with interest in sustainability, tech, or mobility
• Bonus Skills: UX/UI design capabilities (Figma, Webflow, or similar); experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro); photography or 3D visualization skills
• Flexible remote work schedule (10–20 hours per week)
