• Responsible for developing innovative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for various advertising projects as per client specifications
• Create captivating banner and video ads utilizing specialized design software and tools
• Ensure that visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image
• Edit and enhance images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for different platforms
• Incorporate feedback and make design revisions based on client or team input
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality output
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp design objectives and project needs
• Utilize tools like Canva and Creatopy to efficiently build ad creatives
• Manage daily tasks and deadlines through Asana to ensure timely delivery
• Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Complete up to 120 creative assignments per month
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative field
• Preferably hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills; experience with animated banners or video projects is advantageous
• Proficiency in graphic design or animation software and tools like Canva, Creatopy, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing tools
• Ability to create and edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools
• Experience in copywriting and proofing for headline & script writing with clear sentence structure and proper pronunciation for video voice overs
• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Proficient in self-managing tasks using tools like Asana or similar project management platforms
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills while working with internal teams
• Experience with DSPs such as Simpli.fi is a bonus
