• Create visually appealing email assets (templates, banners, graphics) optimized for Klaviyo
• Develop and oversee automated email flows and sequences, ensuring mobile responsiveness and personalized content
• Produce HTML/CSS code for the designed assets
• Conduct A/B tests on visual and messaging components to boost open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open, click, and conversion rates) and refine designs based on insights
• Uphold and enhance a contemporary design system with a focus on clean layouts, vibrant color schemes, and brand uniformity
• Design landing pages, promotional materials, and web banners in line with marketing objectives
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive campaigns across various channels

• Demonstrated proficiency in Klaviyo, including custom flows, segmentation, and campaign creation
• Strong grasp of HTML/CSS for email design, emphasizing responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other modern design tools
• Portfolio showcasing email designs, landing pages, and digital marketing materials with a contemporary aesthetic and attention to detail
• Understanding of email marketing UX/UI principles, customer engagement tactics, and email compliance standards
• Ability to analyze email performance data and implement enhancements to visual content
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Familiarity with Dreamweaver, Quark, or motion graphics tools
