• Master the intricacies of our clients' brand and products.
• Conduct comprehensive research on brand, category, product, and competitors to guide strategic and creative enhancements as well as catalog updates.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams to align on creative recommendations based on background research.
• Collaborate closely with agency partners and colleagues to implement creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring a thoughtful and strategic approach for clients.
• Create project timelines and ensure project completion within set deadlines.
• Organize design files and asset libraries for projects and clients.
• Communicate with clients to share creative deliverables, gather feedback, and secure final design approval.
• Focus on enhancing overall impressions, sessions, conversion rates, best seller rankings, and product sales through strategic creative optimizations.
• Assist account managers in developing long-term strategic creative plans.
• Evaluate and enhance current practices to improve client performance whenever possible.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all initiatives are completed and performance is optimized.
• Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional design experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Experience with Amazon, Vendor Central, Seller Central, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating effective design solutions to business challenges.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• High level of proficiency in Google Apps Suite.
• Deep understanding of standard digital design practices.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and accountability.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is a bonus.
• Experience in video editing is advantageous.
