• The Graphic Designer plays a key role in conveying the brand's message across various platforms and delivering innovative design solutions
• This position reports to the Lead Art Director and collaborates with different departments on both physical and digital projects
• Responsibilities include designing digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, packaging, and printed materials
• Develop impactful design solutions for print and digital advertising, partnerships, and direct marketing initiatives to bolster campaigns
• Continuously enhance the visual identity of the Lovevery Brand while upholding exceptional creative standards
• Engage with Senior Designers, the Lead Art Director, the Creative team, and stakeholders on a daily basis
• Maintain organization and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
• Inspire innovative thinking by approaching design challenges with fresh and unique perspectives
• Demonstrates high creativity and a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in composition, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Ability to solve problems through design solutions
• Skilled in project management, responsiveness, and results-driven mindset
• Collaborates effectively with the creative team and stakeholders
• Strong communication abilities
• Requires 4+ years of experience; BA/BFA in Graphic Design or a related field
• Impressive portfolio showcasing print and digital production workflows
• Strong design sensibility and adept at creative problem-solving
• Capable of processing and implementing creative feedback regularly
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for managing multiple tasks
• Naturally responsible individual
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
