• Establish workflows and brand guidelines to enhance marketing effectiveness and consistency.
• Identify and implement design tools to increase creative output and accelerate turnaround times.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Minimum of 6 years of design experience in fast-growing B2B tech sectors.
• Ability to transform marketing goals into compelling visual stories.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, and video editing tools.
• Experience in managing creative agencies, freelancers, or junior designers.
• Understanding of how design impacts marketing metrics like awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Strong project management skills to deliver design work efficiently across different timelines.
• Passion for climate, finance, and technology and their role in design.
