• Lead the entire design process for digital and print assets, from initial idea generation to final delivery of production-ready files
• Design various digital marketing materials for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, website PDPs, emails, and landing pages
• Develop physical brand materials such as packaging, brochures, invitations, and retail signage
• Manage print and production tasks, including material sourcing, vendor selection, print specifications, proof reviews, and quality control
• Create creative content for OOH campaigns, including posters, transit ads, billboards, and events
• Collaborate with content and advertising teams to design engaging graphics, illustrations, and motion elements for storytelling
• Establish reusable templates for social media and advertising workflows
• Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and partners
• Provide creative direction and quality control for agencies, freelancers, and production partners
• Stay updated on design trends to keep the brand fresh and distinctive
• 3–5+ years of graphic or marketing design experience in consumer brands or creative agencies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
• Experience in designing digital ads across various platforms, including motion graphics and short-form video concepting
• Ability to design for print and oversee the production process from start to finish
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset
• Comfortable providing and receiving creative feedback and offering art direction to external partners
• Possibility of a contract position
• Requirement for candidates to have a suitable work-from-home setup with a reliable desktop/laptop and stable internet connection
