• Generate Direct Response-focused design assets for various paid platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) by creating new content or adapting existing client materials.
• Develop proposals, sketches, and mockups to initiate new projects and secure pitches.
• Adhere to client style guides when creating digital assets.
• Utilize best practices in design for paid media platforms.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Present design content confidently during client interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with media and creative teams, as well as clients, to incorporate feedback.
• Offer innovative ideas, best practices, and solutions to enhance design workflows.

• 2-4 years of technical experience in paid media ad design, preferably at a performance-driven agency.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B settings.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools for ad creation, Google suite, Figma, Asana, and Frame.io is advantageous but not required.
