• Develop engaging design elements like ad sets and landing pages, grounded in data to enhance digital marketing metrics.
• Create motion graphics and concise videos tailored for social media ads, including platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Transform existing video content into high-performing ad units optimized for specific platforms, aspect ratios, and viewer attention spans.
• Coordinate with media and content teams to align motion graphics with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Assist in enhancing our marketing efforts with innovative creative solutions that set us apart.
• Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively to diverse audience segments and platforms.
• Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to grasp business objectives, target audiences, and relevant data points for A/B testing and data-driven designs.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments utilizing CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design choices.
• Continuously refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication with project management and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and designing for performance-oriented campaigns.
• We offer a competitive living wage at Abe; The annual base salary range for this role in the United States is $70,000- $80,000 USD.
