• Create high-quality visual designs for products and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance user experiences, starting from onboarding to the initial stages of user interaction.
• Develop and implement Grifin's design system, conduct usability testing, and lead research efforts to mitigate risks before project execution.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization as a design expert in UX, brand evolution, and overall design craftsmanship.
• Must have experience in mobile-first app design and proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
• Previous experience as a founding or early designer, or a track record of excelling in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
• Skilled in full-stack product design, with a focus on UI, UX, visual design, and end-to-end user journey mapping.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams within the company.

• Remote-first work environment with core hours between 11AM - 5 PM ET.
