• Take on the role of the company's internal designer, producing all visual content and working closely with team members and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Implement the brand development strategy by creating and upholding the visual identity, messaging, and materials that mirror the brand's strategic objectives.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all content formats and channels.
• Manage the Marketing Portal to oversee the allocation, progress, development, and delivery of marketing requests from colleagues.
• Update and uphold brand guidelines to maintain uniformity across various platforms and teams.
• Oversee the development of website content, encompassing layout design, visual elements, user experience (UX), and messaging to align with the brand and overall marketing strategy.
• Offer creative insights to enhance future campaign strategies and implementations.
• Conduct workshops, provide best practices advice, and create documentation to train internal teams for consistent execution and efficient utilization of creative resources.
• Establish and manage an inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Coordinate with Marketing team on various tasks and responsibilities.
• Contribute to written content creation for the website, marketing materials, emails, social media, and more.
• Actively participate in crafting marketing campaigns (digital, email, etc.) by developing ideas, visuals, and messages in line with strategic goals.
• Lead the implementation of email and digital marketing campaigns, including scheduling, sending, and analyzing outcomes.

• Possess over 3 years of experience in designing and conceptualizing visuals for a tech-oriented brand or in a B2B setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color schemes, and branding principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website analytics (G4, Fathom Analytics, etc.) is highly advantageous.
• Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling written content.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
