• Create visually appealing and conversion-focused assets for various platforms such as social media, email, paid ads, lifecycle campaigns, and app graphics.
• Engage in experimentation sprints and A/B testing to continuously improve designs based on data and performance.
• Convert existing creative into different formats while upholding Gametime's brand standards.
• Work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer and internal design team on campaign implementation and asset requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of error-free, proofread, and optimized files before handover.
• Keep up to date with design trends in sports, entertainment, and digital marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in-house, agency, or freelance settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work for social media, ads, lifecycle campaigns, or brand promotions.
• Basic understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with Figma and conversion-focused UX/UI design, including email marketing platforms (experience with Braze is a plus).
• Comfortable using AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT for design solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with key stakeholders.
