• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and templates that align with branding and educational objectives.
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various online learning platforms such as eLearning modules, websites, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging visuals that enhance learning outcomes.
• Generate and customize digital assets like icons, banners, and navigation graphics for optimal display on web and LMS platforms.
• Maintain design consistency across different mediums while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Enhance existing presentations, eLearning visuals, and digital graphics to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising creativity or quality.
• Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in PowerPoint, eLearning, and web/LMS graphics.
• Previous work experience with corporate training, educational technology, or instructional design teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating graphics for eLearning, web platforms, and presentations.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
• Thorough understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and instructional content into visually engaging graphics.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone).
• Knowledge of web graphics standards, including image optimization and responsive design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
