📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance and development of Autura's brand book, logo systems, and visual identity guidelines

• Ensure uniform brand representation in both internal and external communications

• Design and enhance visual elements for the complete Autura product range

• Craft visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and proposal templates

• Create case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation to simplify intricate towing management solutions

• Produce print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, trade show displays, and booth graphics

• Develop infographics and visual content to elucidate automated dispatching advantages, scene clearance processes, and towing lifecycle management

• Design banner ads, social media graphics, and visuals for email campaigns

• Create user interface elements and icons for marketing collateral

• Optimize visual assets for improved conversion rates and user experience

• Edit customer testimonials, product demos, and marketing videos

• Generate basic motion graphics and animated elements using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Resize and enhance video content for various platforms and channels

• Enhance videos with graphics, text overlays, and branding elements

• Perform basic video editing and cutting for straightforward projects

• Create professional, compliance-friendly designs suitable for public safety agencies and government procurement processes

• Develop design materials that resonate with towing and recovery businesses, motor clubs, and end-of-life vehicle traders

• Establish visual standards for B2G communications to convey reliability and professionalism

• Maintain creative asset libraries for cross-departmental accessibility

• Handle multiple design projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to grasp design requirements and objectives


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of Graphic Design experience

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand coherence

• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro

• Portfolio showcasing design work, preferably in technology or government sectors

• Knowledge of print production processes and digital asset optimization

• Experience designing for diverse audiences and complex product ecosystems

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and web accessibility standards

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website edits

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
