• Work closely with the Head of Design and Marketing team to translate creative briefs into eye-catching visuals across various platforms, including social media, digital ads, banners, emails, and landing pages.
• Translate campaign ideas and marketing strategies into captivating visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers to ensure a seamless integration of static and animated assets in cohesive campaigns.
• Assist in developing and enhancing templates, libraries, and scalable design systems to maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Ensure top-notch quality and brand consistency in all creative deliverables.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, actively contributing innovative ideas in a dynamic team environment.
• Maintain organized project files, reusable templates, and efficient workflows to support growth and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the design team innovative and ahead of industry standards.
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or digital-first sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and high-quality work across various digital platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Sound knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory, with experience working within brand guidelines.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and quickly refine work for better results.
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote team setting.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
