• Develop and maintain brand systems including templates, guidelines, components, and iconography utilized by various products and teams
• Transform briefs and Figma handoffs into production-ready assets with precise typography, layout, and file organization
• Design with a focus on motion, creating styleframes and files that consider movement for seamless animation transitions
• Deliver multi-format campaigns across web, social, email, and event collateral with consistency across touchpoints and breakpoints
• Establish and uphold sub-brand frameworks for ecosystem initiatives
• Create partner enablement kits to scale brand quality within the ecosystem
• Collaborate with Design, Ecosystem, and Media teams on narrative, visual hierarchy, and system-level consistency
• Set clear pipelines for briefs, milestones, reviews, and handoffs to streamline processes and reduce rework
• Proactively address brand/UI debt, propose solutions, and lead refactors independently
• Ensure accessibility in assets by default and pass audits for public surfaces
• Monitor asset adoption and performance, iterating based on feedback and measurable outcomes
• 3–5+ years of experience in brand and graphic design, showcasing work in campaigns, events, merch, web/UI, and system thinking
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, including exports, color management, and production specifications
• Strong skills in typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and grid discipline
• Knowledge of motion design techniques and operational rigor in time management, stakeholder coordination, and communication
• Self-directed, outcome-driven, and ownership-oriented in high-throughput environments
• Nice to Have: Experience in motion design tools like After Effects, Jitter, Rive, Lottie, UnicornStudio; Webflow/Framer or front-end literacy for design-to-dev collaboration
• Experience in Web3 or developer-focused brand work, preferably in agency or startup settings
