• Organize and oversee design files, templates, and versions
• Possess 2–5 years of digital and brand design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva (bonus: familiarity with After Effects or Premiere for motion graphics)
• Ability to discern between visually appealing content and content that generates results
• Enjoy working efficiently, iterating, and designing based on performance metrics
