• Creating digital assets for various campaigns, promotions, and product launches on multiple platforms such as web, email, social media, paid media, and retail settings
• Collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and DTC teams to refine and optimize new and existing collateral
• Managing the creative process from concept to final product to ensure alignment with design strategy
• Working with the creative team to develop campaigns and maintain brand standards
• Identifying ways to streamline asset production, enhance efficiency, and improve quality
• Providing assistance to fellow team members as required
• Keeping up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced consumer-focused setting
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns and marketing materials
• Experience with graphic animation and video integration into assets
• Ability to create across various campaigns and channels
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and production skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
