• Designs and oversees the creation of print and digital materials

• Develops visually appealing book covers and interior templates

• Manages multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery

• Works closely with authors and the Acquisitions team

• Utilizes specialized design and production methods

• Establishes interior design templates for consistency

• Leads design projects, offering guidance and mentorship

• Collaborates with design team members to foster unity

• Balances creativity with practicality in design solutions

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or publishing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Strong understanding of design techniques for both print and digital media

• Experience with advanced typography, print layout, and template creation for long-form publications

• Proficient in special printing techniques like gold foil and embossing

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

• Experience leading and collaborating with other creative professionals

• Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
