•Develop engaging design assets, such as ad sets and landing pages, supported by data to enhance digital marketing KPIs.
•Create motion graphics and concise video content tailored for social media advertising across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
•Adapt existing video content into high-performing ad units that align with platform specifications and user engagement.
•Collaborate with media and content teams to synchronize motion creative with audience insights and campaign objectives.
•Contribute to our marketing efforts with captivating creative work that sets us apart.
•Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while customizing creatively for diverse audience segments and platforms.
•Work closely with internal and client teams to understand business objectives, target audience, and data points for A/B testing and data-driven design.
•Design and execute A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
•Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes continually.
•Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with project management and internal stakeholders.
•Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
•1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO.
•1 year of experience in motion graphics.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
•Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
•Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Knowledge and application of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and designing for performance-driven campaigns.
