⛳️ Requirements

• Possessing 8+ years of practical product design experience encompassing the entire process from user research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, to delivering high-quality designs

• Demonstrating utilization of AI tools to optimize design processes

• Prior experience in designing for B2B software, SaaS, or workflow management products is highly advantageous

• Engaging in critical thinking about user experiences and offering simple, efficient solutions

• Bringing strong UI design expertise to the team and showing eagerness to enhance our current design language

• Capable of creating sophisticated, functional designs that meet "pixel-perfect" standards

• Collaborating effectively with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to reach optimal solutions

• Communicating ideas and designs clearly and concisely to secure support from stakeholders

• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and readiness to dedicate time to enhance our product
