⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B products, fintech, or blockchain settings is preferred

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating work in complex tech environments

• Proficient in design tools like Figma; familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools such as Principle or Miro is a bonus

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems

• Sound knowledge of Web3 principles, dApp architecture, smart contracts, crypto wallets, tokenomics, and blockchain fundamentals – while not mandatory to be a developer, understanding Web3 product workings is vital

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with adeptness in presenting and elucidating design concepts effectively

• Capable of tackling intricate user experience dilemmas in a novel and evolving domain, demonstrating adaptability and innovative thinking to enhance user journeys

• Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment

• Self-driven with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting
