• Paytient seeks a Product Designer who is dedicated to our mission of eliminating cost barriers to care and harnessing the potential of Paytient's platform.
• This position focuses on enhancing our flagship Health Payment Account product, which propels our mission forward.
• As a Product Designer on our team, you will collaborate across functions to redefine the payment experience in healthcare.
• Your role involves shaping our products based on user needs and issues, translating them into user-friendly designs, and validating them from concept to launch.

• Have a direct impact on the business's well-being and assist customers in accessing affordable care more easily.
• Gain deep insights into customer requirements, conduct user research, and utilize data to guide design decisions for a delightful user journey.
• Collaborate with various teams to shape product vision, develop design solutions, and influence strategic product direction with a strong emphasis on user empathy.
• Lead the design process from inception to launch, creating refined user experiences, defining feature areas meticulously, and ensuring consistency across all flows.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes for new concepts, validate them through user testing and feedback, and iterate quickly to ensure product-market alignment.
• Comprehend Paytient's product suite, customer needs, market trends, and their impact on design strategy.
• Contribute to and enhance the design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all Paytient experiences as the company expands.
• Foster a robust design culture, enhance processes, and support the growth of a top-tier design team.
• Possess at least 3 years of UX & UI design experience for digital applications or software development.
• Demonstrate a passion for enhancing healthcare accessibility and affordability.
• Display a commitment to understanding customer needs and advocating for optimal user experiences to address their challenges.
• Ability to independently design straightforward solutions for complex user problems from inception to launch.
• Strong visual design skills, a keen eye for high-quality visual and interaction design, and a love for UI intricacies.
• Proficiency in product design tools (Figma), UX principles, and prototyping methodologies.
• Experience in user and market research to gather data supporting decision-making and experimentation.
• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering high-quality work even under constraints.
• Effective communication skills to present design concepts, progress to stakeholders, including leadership, and actively engage in team reviews and updates.
