• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Serve as the go-to person with extensive knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. Utilize research-based services, theories, and methodologies to support your recommendations.
• Proactively contribute insights and feedback in departmental dialogues and discussions involving other teams.
• Utilize user insights, analytics, best practices, and competitive analysis to guide design choices.
• Skillfully negotiate compromises with product management and engineering teams
• Possess a solid understanding of prevalent, user-friendly research methodologies.
• Prior experience in startups is highly advantageous.
• A passion for creating delightful user experiences that enhance productivity and efficiency in their tasks.
• Strong grounding in user-centered design principles and the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Capability to plan and execute tasks within specified deadlines.
• Maintain the visual appeal and user-friendliness of the interface. Guide the visual design of new features and enhancements to our software application.
• Communicate design standards to ensure a scalable and consistent user experience and identify areas for enhancing our design system.
• Strive to comprehend users and tailor interactions to their needs. Design straightforward and concise interactions by eliminating obstacles and focusing on critical information and tasks.
• Act as the user advocate during the development phase, gathering feedback on initial designs, and providing implementation suggestions from a user-centric standpoint.
