• Oversee project timelines and feedback processes to uphold quality and progress.
• Manage freelancers as necessary to ensure on-brand deliverables within set timelines.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in brand design, preferably with reputable startups or studios.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong visual aesthetics, brand system expertise, and high-level execution across various mediums.
• System-oriented individual who values efficiency, craftsmanship, and tangible results as an individual contributor.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for creative processes, be it in production, prototyping, or experimentation.
• Collaborative and effective communicator with a focus on quality and teamwork.
• Ability to coordinate with freelancers for scoping, briefing, tracking timelines/budgets, quality assurance, and file management.
• Fluent in English; located within ±2h CET in EU/UK.
