• Play a crucial role in enhancing our current Brand and Visual Design Systems on various platforms to bolster our expanding Headspace Brand.
• Transform intricate concepts and abstract ideas into visually captivating and creative designs
• Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams to create strategic brand experiences
• Offer innovative design concepts for B2B and D2C functions, working closely with our Lead Brand Designer, Creative Directors, as well as Marketing, Product, Content, and Engineering teams.
• Engage with the illustrators and animators within the team, providing art direction and references, while also learning from them
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and execution skills, with a sharp focus on typography, iconography, color, layout, art direction, and significance.
• Develop compelling concepts based on research insights and design strategy, collaborating with senior team members to refine the direction.
• Present your concepts and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Challenge and enhance briefs with your own design and brand perspective and insights
• Proficient in both print and digital specs, capable of designing a range of assets from digital banners to integrated campaign placements.
• Possess a portfolio demonstrating strong brand design storytelling across various mediums
• Strong understanding of composition, color, and typography
• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Comfortable leading creative projects or working independently when required
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in exploring and experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
